Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds At NexoShoply, we strive for high customer satisfaction. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons regarding pet products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been used or if the packaging is opened.
Hygienic Non-Returnable Items Because our products are used for pet hydration and consumption, they are classified as sanitary goods. For the safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns of used water bottles or bowls.
Damages and Issues The only exception for a refund or replacement is if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at anton.sangberg5@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require photo or video evidence of the damage to process a replacement.
Change of Mind / Return Shipping If a return is exceptionally granted for an unused, unopened product in its original packaging:

You have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that our main fulfillment warehouse is located internationally (Asia). Return shipping costs to this location may exceed the price of the product itself.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you have an issue with your product, please contact our support.
Refunds If a refund is approved (e.g., for a damaged item), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
